How to Use / Instructions

Submersion Rule: The pump must be completely submerged in water before being powered on. Running the pump dry will cause the motor to overheat and may lead to permanent damage.

Installation: Secure the pump to a flat glass or acrylic surface using the integrated suction cups to minimize vibration. Attach the appropriate size hose to the outlet nozzle.

Cleaning & Maintenance: For peak performance, remove the front intake strainer and clean the impeller every 4 weeks to remove algae, hair, or debris buildup.

Power Safety: Always disconnect the power plug before putting your hands in the water or performing any maintenance on the aquarium.

Drip Loop Requirement: Ensure the power cord hangs lower than the electrical outlet (forming a drip loop) to prevent water from traveling down the wire into the socket.
